The origin
Our journey began with the search for an aluminium patio/terrace cover with a retractable roof. After requesting numerous quotes from well-known brands, it became clear the prices were far higher than the estimated cost of a construction made from aluminium beams and a retractable roof with electric motor.
The solution was to work directly with manufacturers and have the patio delivered as a kit. This approach made it possible to eliminate unnecessary intermediaries without compromising on quality or finish. Installing the kit ourselves was feasible.
It soon became apparent that many people are interested in a retractable patio cover but share the same frustration regarding the high purchase price. Thanks to this direct collaboration, we are now able to offer custom-made patio covers through this website at a fair and transparent price.
Especially with the climate getting more extreme, we believe everyone should have the right to an affordable and maintenance free sun shade.
